3 Axis Pneumatic Lift For Medium to Heavy Duty Applications
LP5 and LP5B Series
LP5: 3 axis lift system designed for use in medium to heavy duty environments such as paint prep and application or assembly work. Drive systems are designed to limit build-up of contaminants such as paint over-spray.
LP5B: 3 axis lift system designed for use in severe duty environments such as wash applications or media blasting. Drive systems are designed with protective covers and devices to limit entry of blast media into mechanical drive components.
The compact unit, called the LP5, occupies minimum floor space and provides a sturdy platform with a lift capacity of 350 lbs. Height of the platform measures 6 inches in the lowered position and reaches between 10 and 15 feet in the raised position. The standard operation platform size is 36" by 32".
The LP5 is equipped with self-closing gates and convenient controls within easy reach of the operator. The lift positioning hand controls of the Z-axis control up and down movement, while the Y-axis controls extension and retraction of the platform. The X-axis lift positioning foot control governs left and right movement.
The inline filter, regulator and lubricator help condition the supply air providing long, durable power component life. The drive system is equipped with protective covers and devices to limit the amount of blast media entering the mechanical drive components. Emergency stop and auxiliary connections are on the control box, within easy reach of the operator.
